Hands on and working as part of a supportive team in a dynamic, busy environment, our Warehouse Colleagues get a buzz out of ensuring we deliver for our customers.

That includes picking, packing and wrapping everything on time. It’s a high speed environment where you’ll have all the support and training you need to get better every day.

From the beginning, colleague training includes an in-depth, 12 week training programme to ensure you’re comfortable and confident in your role and then ready for new opportunities as they arise.

Training is hands on, practical and led by your buddy, with the help of your colleagues and manager – it really is a team effort. You’ll learn about everything, from staying safe to our company values, how our stores work and how we all work together to put pets and customers first.

Colleagues can also take part in Rising Stars, to take you beyond your current role, rise to new career challenges and help you to gain qualifications.
